Can't you implement RIP and/or static routes to make routing work until you
get OSPF working again?  

Can't you regress to p16 until the issue is resolved if all you did was
upgrade to p20 and that broke it?  

I don't know your network, but it seems like you could probably do either
of those two things.  

But I do feel your pain on not getting fulfillment on your Advantage Plus
account.
