you should be able to do this the MRTG (multi-router traphic grapher)
http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/mrtg.html
add a couple of patches included in the MRTG contrib directory
to chart the data based on the IP address of the interface,
rather than the interface number and it works pretty well
with the ascends...
I am only plotting the ethernet interface on mine at the moment:
