I agree the new release notes are very good. If I want to know something,
there's only 4 places to look: the RUBB, the 5.0A notes, the Patch notes,
and the Incremental notes (and I could probably do away with the Patch notes
if I read the Incremental notes).
However, I also agree with Marc that as a user who keeps up with current
features, I'd like to know "what's new" without having to remember to save
Kevin's mail "Release blah has been given to support" which does contain
what I need.
How about an Introduced-In: field for each feature in the notes?
