Oh hardly Dave, we've got a few more things to worry about than that, its 
number 112 on our todo list, the mail server works perfectly other than
we moved where we archive email lists like yours. If you'd read the email 
Dave and engaged brain, the point of the email was that Ascend never got
it in the first place, so yes you are right:

	"It's not surprising you didn't get the response."
