Download and install the software from the link below and you should have no problems. Rockwell Protocol Interface modems were an early software modem and depend on the modified comm.drv winrpi.drv. You should also warn the user that once he installs the drivers faxing may not be possible. The other link below will tell you in more detail the problems involved.
