Interesting. At least now they _know_ the problem. However I still ask
myself where they buy their Q.931, as mine states sth/ like 8 seconds
in summa for the backtransmission of a RELEASE COMPLETE or DISCONNECT
with cause code "Connection Refused" and not even that much for the ones
actually used by Ascend ("normal call clearing" or "user busy"). AFAIK
their statement is simply wrong and tries to circumcloud broken software.

There is a workaround. Just make the Max think that the incoming call
is not the same call as the outgoing one. As the profiles actually seem
to be matched by LAN Adrs aka Framed-Address, we usually use a wrong IP
in Framed-Address of the outgoing profile (the broadcast address of the
remote LAN qualifies for this) and the correct address in the incoming
profile. Works since 4.something and doesn't seem to trigger a memory
leak so far. However I agree that Ascend should finally fix this by not
_intending_ to get a Connection when Callback-Expected = Yes, or at least
to not drop the incoming connection on such profile when the currently trying
to get active profile has Exp Callback set with LAN security error, but
instead to drop the outgoing call of this profile with sth/ like
"Callback Takeover" or whatever. This has repeatedly been demanded to get
fixed, but... (I was stunned when reading what Exp Callback actually does,
coz I expected it to be the solution when it first appeared in 4.6C).
