What's wrong with using the Ascend-Call-Filter and -Data-Filter options to
do this (as Dale refers to)?
Most of this stuff was done *before* the RADIUS drafts and RFCs, and since
it'll
be pretty painful to make the Filter-ID method backward compatible with the
little installed-base out there....
