(ASCEND) Disconnect causes 11 and 185



In addition to the 0 connect rates, we have seen a big increase in Cause
11 and 185.  With varying session-times.  In most cases, they do
successfully log in the next time.  

One case, though, had 15 calls on Saturday, 6 of them were cause 11, and
2 were 185, the other 7 were normal 45.

Any insight on this issue would be appreciated.
