RE: (ASCEND) Why can't I make 64k calls
Possibilities:
1) SWB is not properly setting up the call to ACSI when SWB sees a D
channel 64 data call to the SWB NXX
2) ACSI has AMI trunks to the SWB Tandem. (64K won't go on a 56K AMI
channel, although it will try) or they have mixture of AMI/B8ZS but the
SS7 translation is picking the wrong call completion trunk-group to
deliver the datacall to ACSI.
3) ACSI has a translation problem in their switch.
My bet is on number 2.
