(ASCEND) Filters

I just wanted to know if anyone has found any documentation that clearly
shows how to setup filters on the Max4000 [and TNT while I'm at it].  The
Webpage info doesn't quite work at Ascend.  I tried setting up the filters
as requested in the docs and unfortunately the menus in the docs are
screwed [not to hurt anyone's delicate sensitivies].  For eaxmple, the ip
and generic menus are really hosed.  If you set one as opposed to the
other, you can't go through the menus that the other is using [can't
change options in IP if you're using generic and contrawise].

The books aren't much help either since they say you can do it, but not
how ;-)
