Nonsense. An access server speculating about user buttons...
At least they should not call this "technical support."

Well you may get a faint idea of what is going on if you 
a) archive this list
b) read the incremental releas notes
c) read the mib.

Dont expect to find a compilation  in the manual or major release notes.
And remember:  In depth information that differentiates between
e.g. loss of carrier, DISC or GSTN Cleardown is not appropriate for
us button-clicking administrators.
