In the next incremental release of Ascend Access Control we will have a
Radius state daemon. Stay tuned.

You can point more than one RADIUS server at the same RADius STATE Daemon
(radstated), just as you can point more than more RADIUS server at the same
RADius IP Address Daemon (radipad).

No, you cannot currently share information between RADIUS state daemons.
