Hi,

I have report from varies users and found out that the following modems,
Hayes, Ace and Zoom have connection problem. Max1 will disconnect
connection after a few minutes (so 10 minutes) automatically. Please advice
on the cause of this problem and how to fix it? 

I recall someone have given me a string which will disable the Flex on
Hayes modem. This work, but the speed will be downgraded to 33K which is
again unacceptable to our users.
