Political statement:

I read all this and weep.

This was all predicatable, it (like that freighter in New Orleans)
just wasn't stoppable...

With one exception.

While you all knash your teeth, rip out your hair, and find
soundproof rooms for primal scream therapy...and "all" includes
the Ascend folks waiting on the Rockwell folks and both waiting on
the Hayes-types.....

While waiting, just recall one fact...

	None of this need have happened if the %(^@# RBOC's were
	not determined to kill Resi ISDN. For as well all know,
	it at least is stable in its problems...

I hope no one goes postal over this, but if you do.... 
remember who really caused this.
