(ASCEND) ISDN Disconnects

We have a 4004 using 5.0Ap16 with three T-1's and a PRI.  I have two ISDN
users that are being disconnected at random times even while downloading.
The syslog shows OK codes under disconnect cause and state of session prior
to disconnect.  This has happened to both users at different times and they
are using different terminal adapters, one is an Adtran and the other is a
Motorola.  Any suggestions would be appreciated,
