Send them the list of songs and artists in plain text, and let them queue it up in their platform of choice. Unfortunately, there's no standard, cross-platform way of sending playlists to someone. Creating a collection on discogs.com might be a good way (for vinyl and CD recordings). It's a community based database and marketplace site that doesn't directly translate into a playable playlist. However, maybe with some custom programming with their API, perhaps you could whip up an import/export function for music you currently own? Just a thought. -- Chad Walstrom Blog: https://wookimus.net/ From ryan.coleman at cwis.biz Sat Sep 18 01:23:53 2021 From: ryan.coleman at cwis.biz (Ryan Coleman) Date: Sat, 18 Sep 2021 01:23:53 -0500 Subject: [tclug-list] WTB - 12/15/18U cabinet for lab Message-ID: <77AAEA5A-4B04-4296-B441-B1D55C42BE5B@cwis.biz> Hey everyone. I try not to send these types of emails but I’m totally striking out. I need a full-depth cabinet for my lab for work. Preferably with doors, definitely with sides. I’ve had success in the past with CL but I’m completely striking out. Can’t do bigger as I have to lug it up 3 flights of stairs and … I don’t want 42U or 22U. I have a 600lbs 42U IBM earthquake rack in storage! Email me off-list, please, with a model # and pics and a pitch. Electronic funds are the only option for me. I can definitely pick it up as far away from MSP as St Cloud or Rochester. A portable 12U server rack on casters, lifting handles (optional), and front and/or rear covers (also optional). https://www.racksolutions.com/portable-server-rack.html -- Chad Walstrom Blog: https://wookimus.net/ From ryan.coleman at cwis.biz Sat Sep 18 10:15:43 2021 From: ryan.coleman at cwis.biz (Ryan Coleman) Date: Sat, 18 Sep 2021 10:15:43 -0500 Subject: [tclug-list] WTB - 12/15/18U cabinet for lab In-Reply-To: <87lf3ulzc1.fsf@wookimus.net> References: <77AAEA5A-4B04-4296-B441-B1D55C42BE5B@cwis.biz> <87lf3ulzc1.fsf@wookimus.net> Message-ID: <5C68A013-1CAA-44AD-8CE3-2E9E3C454AC3@cwis.biz> Been there already. 12U is really really tight for my need and this one doesn’t allow for any side penetration (that would be a necessity if I went 12U). Believe me when I tell you I’ve been shopping for months and I’m not willing to just drop money on the first thing that shows up. There’s a builder out of Quebec that is interesting but for the cost ($500) I’m not willing to gamble on the mounting parts. It’s tempting though, thank you. If it was 15U…… hmmmmmm grumble. > On Sep 18, 2021, at 9:42 AM, Chad Walstrom wrote: > > Ryan Coleman writes: >> I try not to send these types of emails but I’m totally striking >> out.
