I work at a long term care facility and was recently asked by a supervisor if I could make an interface to our call light system that was sound activated. I in fact did that. So now I have a "box" of electronics that I am perfectly willing to hand over to them to use. My question is this... Should I try to patent this or would this cost more money then I could recoup in a narrow market place? This iteration of the Box does not involve software or firmware that I altered in any way, its just off the shelf electronic modules that I made work together for a specific purpose. In this case it was so a quadriplegic person could activate a call light and summon a nurse. Thanks for any input, Rob -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
