Plus, that is not what he said. And i agree with him, top posts are
just wrong. RFC 1855, from 1995 explains the correct Netiquette, but i
blame M$ Outlook making doing it wrong easy, and doing it right
hard. Plus not educating the unwashed masses about Internet
traditions.
