I have 2 old HP Proliant G3-360 servers with 6gb of ram and dual 74gb scsi drives. Dual nic + Ilo. They are 32bit only. I have been using them for RHEL 5 XEN servers. Looking for $40 a piece. Ebay is selling them for $60ish. Let me know if you are interested.
