Meetup has changed greatly, and is now a great way for groups or "non-groups" to identify and announce! The Penguins Unbound site looks good! The newly stated functions of Penguins look good. The social networking mentioned should help also! Perhaps TCLUG should do something similar with Meetup. TPLAG has significant differences from the others, and different community connections. The various Linux groups can coexist and be synergistic.
