Postfix+dovecot+SpamAssassin+procmail on Ubuntu server for me. But I'm 
really the only person who uses this system, despite having 10+ domains 
and over 1000 aliases... last time I managed a commercial mail server it 
was running Sendmail and I don't think ANYone wants to see THAT again.

I have SquirrelMail on a different machine for webmail, but I haven't used 
that in years.
