I use Password Safe, it has clients that work in Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. I put the file on Dropbox so it is available to all the devices with connected. Typing on a smartphone is a slow and error-prone process for me simply because the ergonomics fall far short of what a laptop or desktop can provide. This makes it impossible to use good, secure passwords. (Then again, I don't do any financial transactions on my smartphone.) >
