That's ridiculous.  If I wasn't going to use it with Linux, I wouldn't buy 
one.  I still like my little old Asus EeePC -- great battery, great WiFi, 
running Ubuntu, works fine.  Apparently, my little Asus gives about twice 
the number of hours per battery charge as does a Chromebook.
