I have the same card, and although it's been a long time since I've
set it up, I do remember that you need to download the firmware for it
and put it in /lib/firmware.

The cx18 driver is for the analog side of the card - are you still using that?

The digital tuner firmware (using the cx23418 module/driver) you can
get on LinuxTV.org.
