Nevermind. I see now... basically you can still set it up the same, but double check the Ports database to see if all those items are available [http://www.freebsd.org/ports/].

The paths will change, obviously, and the manner in which you install ports is different but I would think that might be possible.

Why 7.4 instead of 8?
