Micro Center (St Louis Park) deals in referb computers starting at around
$130 and going up from there. I've purchased a few to replace desktop
systems at work that went belly up. These were mostly HPs and IBMs. I know
they have several Dell models as well. (Won't by the Dells, it's a long
story.) The refurbisher is a company called Joy Systems.
