Too urban and shiny to be surrounded by parks? The Minneapolis park  
system was specifically designed so that you are never more than 6  
blocks from a park when you're in the city of Minneapolis.
And that photo appears to have been taken from within a park, if I'm  
not mistaken about the location.
Just though that was worth noting.

And a side side side note, I think this is PROBABLY the sort of email  
that the original sender wanted an off-list reply, which I already did.
