On FIOS: 16.64 Mbps down, 0.728 Mbps up.
On Comcast: 24.89 down, 2.505 up.

Speedtest.net's data from a server in Sioux Falls, SD
On FIOS: 2.67Mbps down, .072 Mbps up.
On Comcast: 25.71 Mbps down, 2.52 Mbps up.

Unacceptable.
