Had the exact opposite experience the last time I went to the Hennepin county drop off in Brooklyn Park. Drove in, dropped off computers, monitors, keyboards, an a box of ISA and PCI cards no questions asked, just checked ID of the car's driver. (I don't live in Henn Co... ;)) -- Andrew S.
