# grub
grub> device (hd0) /dev/hdg
grub> root (hd0,0)
grub> setup (hd0)
grub> quit

Replace /dev/hdg with /dev/sda then do again with /dev/sdb. Note that
the root argument may be different, it'll be hd0 and then the partition
of the root, may be 1 if swap or boot is first.
