I found one in my basement parts bin.  Two jacks on the card, one BNC, one RJ-45 (10BaseT).  Obviously, it was produced during the transition from coax to twisted-pair, about 15 years ago.  I salvaged it from a Pentium(1) desktop box.  Yours for free, if you trek to Woodbury.
