Anybody out there using a CRM or ERP system for tracking customers, jobs/cases/projects and possibly light financial (invoicing and payments) that they like? Something open source and customizable would be great but it's not a limiting factor by any means. We had been working on making a customized version of SugarCRM work for our business but the workflow involved seems much more complicated and tedious. -- Donovan Niesen
