Try:

readpst - Converts Outlook PST files to mbox and others

Might work for you.  The only caveatte is that it must be a version of
Outlook <= 2003, if I recall correctly.

Though, if the PST file is corrupt, you may not be able to read the
data anyway.  Worth a try, though.
