I got an fc10 dvd from Cheapbytes. I insert it, shut down computer, start computer and screen comes up and asks if I want to install. I click on selection and it brings up splash screen. After five minutes, I can only unplug computer. So, why is it frozen? How long should I wait, before next screen comes up? Any help appreciated. Tom
