Charlie, My cousin Khalid (Cal) owns the shop and isnt on this mailing list. I am wondering if you could share your last 3 experiences with GNS? Were the employees rude or indifferent? Were the products not available? What happened the last few times? If you would rather not share it in public, I would understand. I have noticed problems at his company too and have been wanting to get feedback from the community. If anyone has any feedback good or bad, I will note it down and get it straight to him. For over 14 years, he has worked hard to keep his customers happy and he would very much want to know whats going on.
