I would consider finding something used (craigslist?).  Be careful if
the new hardware is too cheap, you don't want to be penny wise and pound
foolish.

Otherwise, newegg.com has excellent prices on most everything, I rarely
price compare now days.  I'm sure I could save a couple dollars shopping
around, but I would rather use a legitimate company with good prices
that I trust. 

You may also try ebay, but again, it's riskier.
