Casseroles usually consist of one or two meats or vegetables as the main
ingredients.        Liquid in the form of stock, alcohol (in the form of

*, gin, or cider <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cider>) or vegetable juices
is added.

The alcohol must be the influence of Wisconsin, wonder why there's no
cheese?
