Is there some reason for finding some framework for doing all this? It sounds like something that could be whipped up by a good PHP, .NET, <insert language of choice here> in a few days. Maybe a week or two if you wanted JavaScript data validation before submitting the forms or a more AJAX like interface. Quite possibly over simplified based on limited knowledge... :) -- Andrew S.
