Raymond,

I would look into Netapp products. They are very easy to use have 
excellent features (snapmirror,snapshots,etc). These devices support 
many type of connections(CIFS,NFS, LUNS,etc). These devices will grow 
with your company. I currently work with a Netapp 3040a cluster.
