I know that New Horizons (formerly Benchmark) is building quite a
selection of linux courses.  They are mostly centered around SuSE.
Interestingly enough, Real Time and Redchrome had a lot to do with
that :-).  Last I checked they were adding Redhat and generic "intro
to linux" courses as well.  They also provide VMWare classes, though
not eligbile for VCP.
