Since I changed the IP of a Centos box, https has run very slow. Could be something else that is causing it, but it seemed fine till the change. Top shows httpd is hardly using any resources, and tcpdump does not show any dropped packets. Everything else on the server runs as expected, including simple http. Any ideas?
