Adobe keeps a yum repository. Create a repo by installing their
adobe-release rpm :

$ rpm -ihv \
http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-i386-1.0-1.noarch.rpm

Now install the flash plugin
$ yum install flash-plugin

You may have create a symlink

$ cd /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
$ ln -s /usr/lib/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so  .
