Yes, where "this" is a build of OpenSolaris (!= Solaris 10).
I did find out that orders are being taken for the
"OpenSolaris Starter Kit." at http://get.opensolaris.org/
(Which includes Solaris Express and other goodies).

I also found out...
"Solaris 10 media kit was quite backlogged, but they are starting to
work through the log jam now."
And, yes, Solaris 10 is downloadable from here:

I will receive a bunch of OpenSolaris Starter Kit's and
I put in a order for Solaris 10 DVD's (no word yet).
