I've seen sizes up to 8gb offered.  Also, I got a USB adapter for SD
digital camera cards for $.99 plus S&H off ebay.  The adapter claims to
be unlimited except by the card, so over 4gb isn't hard to do.  Rotating
things are much more vulnerable in shipping, but can have much larger
capacities.
