I have a Fedora Core 4 server that is hosting a number of web sites. It seems every week or so that a large number of GB go missing. What I mean is that while df shows 26GB used, du of that same mount show only 7.4 GB used. It seems that MySQL may be chomping some space in a weird way because when I restart the MySQL server the space reappears. The partition in question is xfs with usrquota enabled. Has anyone seen this behavior before? -- Donovan Niesen
