of what ends up in the book comes from anyway.  Additionally, there is
a second edition of the book now available, updated for 7.04.

IRC is the more common way for live help - that way you can get lots
of people at once, when it's convenient for them.  As mentioned
before, the #tclug channel would be great, as well as larger channels
specific to your issue (#ubuntu, #apache, #irssi, etc.)
