Shred Right does this with certified proof of destruction, they record the serial number off the drive and give you a record of it's shredding. They actually take the hard drive and throw it in a shredding machine. I think they are about 2$ a disk. They are at shredrightnow.com and are in St. Paul. And no I don't work for them. --j
