Keep an eye on craigs list for MPLS/St. Paul.  Its a great source for 
old computer stuff.  Plus these types of systems come up from time to 
time in the local freecycle list.

PS: My old laptop no longer functions off of AC and new batteries cost 
more than the system is worth :)
