My on-board sound has died. All I did was move my computer a bit, and now I get nothing but a weird sound out of my speakers. Does anybody have a regular PCI sound card they can give me or sell me for cheap? I don't need anything special, I just listen to music and watch DVDs on regular stereo speakers. Any standard card that works in Linux is fine. I'm a grad student at the U, and live near Uptown, so if you can meet me near one of those places, that would be best. Thanks!
