Currently, no there is no CC system in place.  All billing is handled
through the utility bills.  The system we are using - Pronto
(www.prontonetworks.com) - does have the ability to handle many
different methods of billing including credit cards.  If you want my
input on Pronto, contact me off list and I will provide more details and
personal thoughts.
